Missing Brownsville Man Found
UPDATE (3:39 P.M.): Brownsville police said the 59-year-old was found. Police said Noe Martinez De La Rosa boarded a Brownsville City bus and exited at the La Plaza Bus Terminal located at 755 International Blvd.
BROWNSVILLE - Police in Brownsville are asking for help finding 59-year-old Noe Martinez De La Rosa.
No picture is available yet. Officers said he was last seen wearing a navy blue shirt with an Adidas logo and blue pants. He has salt-and-pepper hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion. He weighs about 250 pounds and is 5 feet 4 inches tall.
Martinez was last seen near the 2900 block of Stanolind Avenue around noon. According to police, he had a previous stroke and has shaky legs and arms. He also suffers from memory loss.
