NWS Survey: Over $100M in Damages from Flooding
WESLACO – A preliminary assessment by the National Weather Service estimates the Rio Grande Valley suffered over $100 million worth of damages.
The survey found close to 2,000 homes were flooded with more than 10 inches of water in Weslaco.
It also found close to 100 businesses were damaged by the same amount of water.
