LA VILLA - The state baseball playoffs begin later this week.  That's true except for the teams that haven't clinched a spot in the post-season.  4A baseball sent Rio Hondo, Progreso and Port Isabel into a one-day, multi-game playoff on Monday to determine entry into this year's playoffs.  CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva reports.
