EDINBURG - Unless it's a soccer match, ties are rare in a high school tournament.  And even in soccer, a shootout usually decides a tied outcome.  In Edinburg on Friday, the 28-team Edinburg All-American Baseball Classic featured a tie, 1-1, between the Bobcats and visiting Central Catholic of San Antonio.  Sports Director Joel Villanueva explains in this report.
