MCALLEN - A pilot accused of transporting immigrants is on bond.

Eric Hill went before a judge Monday.

He was charged following his arrest at McCreery Aviation in McAllen.

Authorities say Hill was arrested with two people in the country illegally.

He paid $7,500, 10 percent of his bond, for his release from jail.

There were several release conditions such as surrendering his flying certificate and his passport.
