SAN BENITO – A quick fix on the condition of Whalen Road turned into a decade-long problem in San Benito.

Residents describe Whalen Road as being riddled with potholes for more than two decades.

CHANNEL 5 NEWS found the holes patched on Tuesday.

A resident said it’s still not enough.
