RAYMONDVILLE- Several valley businesses are working to rebound after flooding forced them to close their doors.

A bakery employee tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS they were closed for three days and missed out on her paycheck.

She's wondering how other businesses are coping.

"I know some businesses are still closed," said Maya Coy. "One of the restaurants down here, they've been closed for the past two weeks because of damages."

CHANNEL 5'S Frank McCaffrey spoke to a Willacy County Commissioner to find out when business will go back to normal.
