LOS FRESNOS – Rio Grande Valley residents have noticed their trash can bins are missing.

The city of Los Fresnos says some bins floated away in the flooding last week.

In order to obtain a replacement, officials say you must first report the missing bin to police.

After that, call Los Fresnos City Hall at 956-222-5768 and have the case number handy.
