Respite Center Continues to Receive Large Group of Migrants
MCALLEN - Hundreds of people were seen standing outside the Catholic Charities Respite Center Tuesday night.
A CHANNEL 5 NEWS crew saw the migrants being loaded into two buses and taken away.
As reported, migrants crossing into the Rio Grande Valley are now having to be transferred to other areas of the state like Del Rio and as far as Colorado because space in the Valley is at capacity.
