STARR COUNTY- A Roma resident hopes the solar industry could bring a boost to the local economy.

Julissa Guerrero said the economy isn't as strong in her city as it is in other parts of the valley.

CHANNEL 5'S Frank McCaffrey reached out to Starr County Judge, Eloy Vera about a project that could bring hope for the future.
