CENTRAL

AUSTIN: Water lightly stained; 54-63 degrees; 0.53 feet low. Black bass are slow on Texas rigs and shakyheads. Sunfish are slow. Catfish are fair on cut or live baitfish and nightcrawlers.

BASTROP: Water stained; 56-60 degrees. Black bass are good on pumpkinseed soft plastics and jigs. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on shrimp. Yellow catfish are slow.

BELTON: Water murky; 54-58 degrees; 0.68 feet high. Black bass are good on green pumpkin crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and Rat-L-Traps. Hybrid striper are slow. White bass are good on light blue jigs. Crappie are good on minnows under lights at night in 25 feet. Channel and blue catfish are good on nightcrawlers and hot dogs. Yellow catfish are slow.

BROWNWOOD: Water murky; 52-56 degrees; 0.20 feet high. Black bass are fair on chartreuse spinnerbaits, black/blue jigs, and chrome/blue Rat-L-Traps in 1-5 feet. Hybrid striper are slow. White bass are good on Li'l Fishies and crawdad crankbaits. Crappie are fair on Li'l Fishies and tube jigs over brush piles in 15-25 feet. Channel catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are slow.

BUCHANAN: Water murky; 53-57 degrees; 2.03 feet low. Black bass are fair on Carolina rigged black/blue lizards, Rattlin' Rogues, and blue flake Whacky Sticks on jigheads along ledges in 10-20 feet. Striped bass are fair trolling white/chartreuse striper jigs and Rattlin' Rogues. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows over brush piles in 12-15 feet. Channel catfish are slow. Yellow and blue catfish are slow.

CANYON LAKE: Water murky; 55-59 degrees; 0.42 feet high. Black bass are fair on pumpkin hair jigs, Carolina rigged lizards, and Texas rigged blue flake Scoundrel worms along break lines and ledges. Striped bass are good trolling white striper jigs and vertically jigging Pirk Minnows and Spoiler Shads. White bass are fair jigging Pirk Minnows and Blade Baits along the main river channel. Smallmouth bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows and white tube jigs upriver. Channel catfish are slow. Yellow and blue catfish are slow.

COLEMAN: Water murky; 56-60 degrees; 0.15 feet low. Black bass are fair on green pumpkin soft plastics, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits. Hybrid striper are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows. Channel catfish are good on stinkbait and frozen shrimp. Yellow catfish are slow.

COLORADO RIVER: (At Colorado Bend State Park) No report available.

FAYETTE: Water murky. Black bass are good on green pumpkin spinnerbaits, crankbaits, and soft plastics. Channel and blue catfish are slow.

GRANBURY: Water murky; 52-56 degrees; 0.01 feet high. Black bass are fair on watermelon spinnerbaits and soft plastic worms. Striped bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are good on minnows and blue tube jigs. Catfish are fair on minnows and liver.

GRANGER: Water murky; 51-55 degrees; 0.77 feet high. Black bass are slow. White bass are fair on slabs upriver. Crappie are slow. Blue catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are slow.

LBJ: Water murky; 54-58 degrees; 4.48 feet low. Black bass are good on watermelon worms, PBJ colored jigs, and green pumpkin tubes. Striped bass are slow. White bass are fair on Li'l Fishies around the power plant. Crappie are fair on minnows in brush piles. Channel catfish are fair on minnows and worms. Yellow and blue catfish are slow.

NAVARRO MILLS: Water murky; 53-57 degrees; 0.17 feet high. Black bass are good on chartreuse crankbaits and Rat-L-Traps. White bass are fair on slabs. Crappie are good on watermelon tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are fair on shrimp and minnows. Yellow catfish are slow.

PROCTOR: Water murky; 56-60 degrees; 0.13 feet high. Black bass are slow. Striped bass are fair on spoons. White bass are slow. Crappie are good on minnows. Channel and blue catfish are fair on juglines baited with cut shad. Yellow catfish are slow.

SOMERVILLE: Water murky; 57-61 degrees; 3.12 feet high. Black bass are fair on perch colored Rat-L-Traps. Hybrid striper are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on shrimp. Yellow catfish are slow.

STILLHOUSE HOLLOW: Water murky; 56-60 degrees; 0.16 feet low. Black bass are fair on perch colored Rat-L-Traps and small spinnerbaits. White bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on stinkbait. Yellow catfish are slow.

TRAVIS: Water murky; 53-57 degrees; 0.78 feet high. Black bass are good on green pumpkin worms, chrome spoons, and firetiger crankbaits in 15-35 feet. Striped bass are fair on shad crankbaits and chrome spoons in 30-50 feet. White bass are good on minnows, white grubs, and chrome spoons. Crappie are fair on minnows and blue tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are fair on nightcrawlers and bloodbait. Yellow catfish are slow.

WALTER E. LONG: Water murky. Black bass are slow. Hybrid striper are fair on chartreuse striper jigs in the coves and at the hot water outlet. White bass are good on minnows. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are good on shrimp and stinkbait. Yellow catfish are slow.

WHITNEY: Water murky; 54-58 degrees; 1.03 feet low. Black bass are fair on chartreuse/black spinnerbaits, crankbaits, and Rat-L-Traps. Striped bass are fair on white striper jigs. White bass are fair on minnows and small spoons. Crappie are slow. Catfish are fair on hot dogs and liver.

NORTHEAST

ATHENS: Water clear; 50-55 degrees; 0.55 feet high. Black bass are good on spinnerbaits, Texas rigged craws and shad pattern swim jigs. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are good on trotlines.

BENBROOK: Water stained; 48-53 degrees; 0.54 feet high. Black bass are fair on medium diving crankbaits, shakeyhead worms and spinnerbaits. Crappie are fair on minnows. White bass are good on slabs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

BOB SANDLIN: Water stained; 51-55 degrees; 0.53 feet high. Black bass are good on shakeyhead worms, bladed jigs and shallow crankbaits. Crappie are good on minnows. White bass are fair on slabs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

BONHAM: Water stained; 48-52 degrees; 0.01 feet high. Black bass are fair on squarebill crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and shakeyhead worms. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on trotlines.

BRIDGEPORT: Water lightly stained; 49-53 degrees: 0.16 feet high. Black bass are fair on suspending jerkbaits, shakeyhead worms and shallow crankbaits. Crappie are fair on minnows. White bass are fair on slabs. Hybrid striper are fair on slabs. Catfish are fair on trotlines and prepared bait.

CADDO: Water lightly stained; 51-54 degrees; 1.50 feet high. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged creature baits, swim jigs and bladed jigs. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

CEDAR CREEK: Water lightly stained; 49-53 degrees, 0.05 feet high. Black bass are fair on shakeyhead worms, spinnerbaits and squarebill crankbaits. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines. White bass are good on slabs. Hybrid striper are good on slabs.

COOPER: Water stained; 50-54 degrees; 0.46 feet high. Black bass are fair on bladed jigs, Texas rigged worms and weightless Senkos. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. Hybrid striper and white bass are fair on slabs.

EAGLE MOUNTAIN: Water lightly stained; 49-52 degrees; 0.20 feet high. Black bass are fair on black and blue jigs, spinnerbaits, and Texas rigged craws. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

FAIRFIELD: Water lightly stained. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged craws, swim jigs and spinnerbaits. No report on other species.

FORK: Water lightly stained; 51-55 degrees; 0.22 feet low. Black bass are fair on black Colorado bladed spinnerbaits, swim jigs, and bladed jigs. White and yellow bass are fair on slabs. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

GRAPEVINE: Water stained; 49-52 degrees; 0.48 feet high. Black bass are slow on squarebill crankbaits, shakeyhead worms and bladed jigs. White bass and hybrid bass are fair on minnows. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines and prepared bait.

JOE POOL: Water stained; 50-54 degrees; 0.56 feet low. Black bass are slow on spinnerbaits, Texas rigged creature baits and shakeyhead worms. White bass are good on slabs. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

LAKE O' THE PINES: Water lightly stained; 52-56 degrees: 0.94 feet high. Black bass are good on bladed jigs, spinnerbaits and weightless Senkos. White bass are good on slabs. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

LAVON: Water stained; 50-49 degrees: 0.52 feet high. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged creature baits, lipless crankbaits and bladed jigs. White bass are good on slabs. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

PALESTINE: Water lightly stained; 49-53 degrees; 0.65 feet high. Black bass are good on Texas rigged creature baits, spinnerbaits and bladed jigs. Crappie are good on minnows. Hybrid striper are fair on minnows. White bass are fair on slabs. Catfish are slow on trotlines.

RAY HUBBARD: Water lightly stained; 49-52 degrees; 0.04 feet low. Black bass are slow on spinnerbaits, Texas rigged craws and lipless crankbaits. Crappie are good on minnows. White bass are fair on slabs. Hybrid striper are fair on slabs. Catfish are slow on trotlines.

TAWAKONI: Water stained to muddy; 50-54 degrees; 0.42 feet high. Black bass are good on bladed jigs, Texas rigged creature baits and spinnerbaits. White bass are good on slabs and minnows. Hybrid bass are good on slabs. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are good on trotlines and prepared bait.

TEXOMA: Water stained; 48-51 degrees; 1.33 feet low. Black bass are slow on suspending jerkbaits, shakeyhead worms and spinnerbaits. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs. Striped bass are fair on slabs. Catfish are good on trotlines.

WEATHERFORD: Water stained; 48-52 degrees; 0.11 feet low. Black bass are slow on shakyhead worms, bladed jigs and weightless Senkos. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs. Catfish are good on trotlines.

WRIGHT PATMAN: Water stained; 51-55 degrees; 5.33 feet high. Black bass are slow on Texas rigged creature baits, lipless crankbaits and bladed jigs. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

SOUTH

AMISTAD: Water murky; 58-62 degrees; 23.71 feet low. Black bass are good on football jigs, crankbaits, jigging spoons, and soft plastics. Striped bass are good on slabs and jigging spoons. White bass are good on slabs and jigging spoons. Catfish are fair on shrimp, nightcrawlers, and cheesebait. Yellow catfish are fair on trotlines baited with live perch. Everyone in a boat must have a Mexico fishing license (if fishing the Mexico side) whether fishing or not.

BRAUNIG: Water murky. Black bass are fair on chartreuse soft plastics and spinnerbaits near the dam. Striped bass are fair down rigging silver and gold spoons and marble spinners near the dam. Redfish are slow. Channel catfish are slow. Blue catfish are fair on cut bait.

CALAVERAS: Water murky. Black bass are fair on watermelon crankbaits and Rat-L-Traps around reed beds. Striped bass are good on spoons and jigs near the crappie wall and the dam in 15-20 feet. Redfish are slow. Channel and blue catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are slow.

CHOKE CANYON: Water murky; 57-61 degrees; 13.97 feet low. Black bass are good on pumpkinseed soft plastic worms and lizards, and flipping jigs in the grass. White bass are good on small spinnerbaits. Crappie are slow. Drum are slow. Channel and blue catfish are good on nightcrawlers. Yellow catfish are fair on live perch.

COLETO CREEK: Water stained; 55 degrees in the main lake, 87 degrees at the hot water discharge, 67-71 degrees in main lake; 0.28 feet high. Black bass are good on watermelon soft plastics and spinnerbaits in 4-8 feet. White bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are good on trotlines and droplines baited with live perch in 8-10 feet. Yellow catfish are slow.

CORPUS CHRISTI LAKE: Water off color; 61-66 degrees; 0.19 feet high. Black bass are fair on drop shot rigs, Texas rigs and jigs. White bass are fair on slabs. Crappie are fair on live minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers and live shad.

FALCON: Water murky; 56-60 degrees; 25.43 feet low. Black bass are fair on perch colored soft plastics and spinnerbaits. Striped bass are slow. Crappie are fair on white tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are slow. Everyone in a boat must have a Mexico fishing license (if fishing the Mexico side) whether fishing or not.

TEXANA: Water stained; 60-66 degrees; 0.15 feet low. Black bass are slow to fair on Senkos, Texas rigs and jigs. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers and cut bait.

SOUTHEAST

CONROE: Water murky; 55-59 degrees; 0.04 feet high. Black bass are fair on watermelon soft plastics, crankbaits, and Rat-L-Traps in 15-30 feet. Striped bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on stinkbait, liver, and frozen shrimp.

GIBBONS CREEK: Water murky. Black bass are fair on watermelon red and watermelon/white soft plastics and crankbaits. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on frozen shrimp and stinkbait.

HOUSTON COUNTY: Water murky; 53-57 degrees; 0.17 feet high. Black bass to 4 pounds are good on spinnerbaits and soft plastic worms and lizards. White bass are slow. Crappie are good on live minnows. Bream are slow. Channel and blue catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are slow.

LIVINGSTON: Water stained; 55-59 degrees; 0.42 feet high. Black bass are good on buzzbaits and crankbaits. Striped bass are slow. White bass are fair on Rat-L-Traps and soft plastics. Crappie are fair on minnows. Blue catfish are good on shrimp. Yellow catfish are slow.

SAM RAYBURN: Water stained; 57-61 degrees; 8.30 feet high. Black bass are fair on watermelon red soft plastics, crankbaits, and Rat-L-Traps. White bass are fair on live minnows and white spinnerbaits. Crappie are slow. Bream are fair on worms. Catfish are good on liver and nightcrawlers.

STEINHAGEN: 1.34 feet low. No report available.

TOLEDO BEND: Water stained; 56-60 degrees; 1.17 feet low. Black bass are fair on green pumpkin spinnerbaits and Rat-L-Traps. Striped bass are slow. White bass are fair on Li'l Fishies. Crappie are good on minnows and blue tube jigs over brush piles. Bream are fair on worms. Channel and blue catfish are good on liver, nightcrawlers, and stinkbait. Yellow catfish are slow.

PANHANDLE

GREENBELT: Water off color; 39-48 degrees; 36.55 feet low. Black bass are slow. Crappie are slow to fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers and cut bait.

MACKENZIE: Water stained; 41-49 degrees; 78.63 feet low. Black bass are slow. Crappie are slow on live minnows. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers.

MEREDITH: Water fairly clear; 41-52 degrees; 49.27 feet low. No reports on black or smallmouth bass. There are a few reports of walleye being caught on live bait and artificials. Bream and channel catfish are being caught in limited numbers.

WEST

ALAN HENRY: Water clear main lake, stained up the river; 46-59 degrees; 5.54 feet low. Black bass are slow. Crappie are slow to fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair on cut and live bait.

ARROWHEAD: Water stained; 48-57 degrees; 0.11 feet low. Black bass are slow. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair to good on cut bait and nightcrawlers.

COLORADO CITY: Water fairly clear; 49-58 degrees; 12.44 feet low. Black bass are slow on shakyheads and jigs. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers and cut bait.

FORT PHANTOM HILL: Water stained; 48-58 degrees; 0.46 feet high. Black bass are slow on Texas rigs and jigs. Crappie are slow to fair on live minnows around deeper structure. Catfish are good on live and cut bait.

HUBBARD CREEK: Water stained; 49-57 degrees; 0.11 feet high. Black bass are slow to fair on jigs and shakyheads. Crappie are fair on live minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair to good on live and cut bait.

NASWORTHY: Water stained; 48-58 degrees; 0.73 feet low. Black bass are slow on drop shot rigs, Texas rigs and jigs. No reports on crappie. Catfish are fair to good on live bait and nightcrawlers.

OAK CREEK: Water stained; 48-57 degrees; 0.23 feet high. Black bass are slow on shakyheads. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair on live and cut bait.

O.H. IVIE: Water stained; 49-58 degrees; 16.41 feet low. Black bass are slow to fair on shakyheads, Texas rigs and jigs. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair on cut and live bait.

POSSUM KINGDOM: Water fairly clear; 47-59 degrees; 0.02 feet high. Black bass are slow on jigs and Texas rigs. Crappie are fair on live minnows. White bass are fair to good on slabs. Striped bass are fair on live shad. Catfish are fair on live and cut bait.

SPENCE: 36.38 feet low. Black bass are slow. No report on crappie. Catfish are fair on cut bait and nightcrawlers.

STAMFORD: Water stained to muddy; 52-63 degrees; 0.65 feet high. Black bass are slow. Crappie are slow to fair on live minnows. White bass are fair on slabs. Blue catfish are fair on cut and live bait.

SWEETWATER: Water stained; 56-64 degrees; 0.24 feet high. This lake is currently experiencing a fish kill due to golden alga. Biologists are monitoring the situation and will post updates as they become available. Fish populations have been substantially reduced by the golden alga blooms.

WHITE RIVER: Water stained; 46-59 degrees; 23.53 feet low. Black bass are slow. Crappie are slow on live minnows. Catfish are fair on cut and live bait.

COASTAL

NORTH SABINE: Trout are fair to good on the Louisiana shoreline on Corkies. Redfish are good on Gulps in the Bessie Heights marsh.

SOUTH SABINE: Sheepshead and black drum are good at the jetty on live shrimp. Trout are fair to good around Lighthouse Cove on Corkies. Trout and redfish are fair to good on the reef on Down South Lures.

BOLIVAR: Trout are fair to good on the south shoreline on soft plastics and plugs. Black drum and redfish are good at Rollover Pass.

TRINITY BAY: Redfish are fair along the grass line on Gulps and gold spoons. Trout are fair on the upper end of the bay.

EAST GALVESTON BAY: Trout are good on the south shoreline on Bass Assassins and Down South Lures. Whiting and sand trout are good on the edge of the Intracoastal on fresh shrimp.

WEST GALVESTON BAY: Trout are good for waders tossing soft plastics on the incoming tide in the afternoon. Sheepshead, redfish and black drum are good at the jetty on shrimp and crabs.

TEXAS CITY: Trout are fair to good on the reefs on live shrimp. Redfish are fair in Moses Lake on mullet and shrimp.

FREEPORT: Trout are fair to good at San Luis Pass on shrimp. Sand trout and sheepshead are good on live shrimp on the reefs in Christmas Bay and in the harbor.

EAST MATAGORDA BAY: Trout are fair for drifters on live shrimp, Bass Assassins, Down South Lures and DOA Shrimp over humps and scattered shell. Redfish are fair to good on the Intracoastal reefs on crabs and live shrimp.

WEST MATAGORDA BAY: Redfish are fair to good in Oyster Lake on shrimp and crabs. Trout are fair on shell and grass on soft plastics. Black drum and redfish are fair to good at the jetty on crabs.

PORT O'CONNOR: Trout and redfish are good on Gulps over sand and grass in San Antonio Bay. Trout and redfish are fair for drifters working the back lakes with live shrimp.

ROCKPORT: Trout are fair to good in Morris-Cummings Cut on free-lined shrimp. Trout are fair over grass while drifting with live shrimp. Trout are fair to good in Copano Bay on Corkies while working reefs.

PORT ARANSAS: Redfish are fair to good on the edge of the East Flats on shrimp. Redfish and sheepshead are fair to good at the jetty on shrimp.

CORPUS CHRISTI: Trout are fair to good on the edge of the spoils on Gulps and live shrimp. Redfish are good in the potholes on shrimp. Black drum are good on crabs in the Packery Channel.

BAFFIN BAY: Trout are fair in the grass on Corkies and Gamblers while wading mud and grass. Black drum are good in the Land Cut on crabs. Trout are fair to good in the Land Cut on DOA Shrimp, Down South Lures and Gamblers.

PORT MANSFIELD: Trout are good on Corkies around sand and grass along the ICW. Redfish are fair to good while drifting pot holes on Gulps and soft plastics under corks.

SOUTH PADRE: Trout are good around the spoil islands, channel edges and color changes on DOA Shrimp and live shrimp. Trout, black drum and redfish are fair at the jetty. Trout are good while wading over grass with Corkies.

PORT ISABEL: Trout and redfish are fair to good on the flats on live shrimp, Gulps and DOA Shrimp under a popping cork. Redfish are fair to good on gold spoons and soft plastics under rattling corks on the incoming tide.
