Texas Rangers Identify Body Found in Willacy Co., Suspect Charged
NEAR SANTA MONICA – A 27-year-old man has been charged with murder in connection to a body found near Santa Monica.
On Friday, the Texas Rangers confirmed the human remains are of 71-year-old William "Bill" Costello.
According to a Fall River Diocese statement release sent out Monday, the body of the retired priest was found in a cemetery more than two weeks after his disappearance on Aug. 1.
