Tiger Cub Will be Relocated to Wildlife Sanctuary in Wylie
BROWNSVILLE – A tiger cub found near the border back in April will soon be relocated.
Border Patrol agents took the cub to Gladys Porter Zoo after it was abandoned by smugglers inside a duffle bag.
The senior veterinarian at the zoo says the tiger has doubled in size since he was taken in.
In a couple of days, the unnamed tiger will be sent to a wildlife sanctuary in Wylie, Texas.
