HIDALGO COUNTY--A valley judge will appear in front of of a magistrate Monday.
     Judge Rudy Delgado's attorney Al Alvarez said his initial appearance will determine if bail is set. According to Alvarez, there is no word on why Delgado was taken into custody.
     Friday, the FBI was conducting law enforcement activity at Delgado's court house. The FBI was also present at an Edinburg home registered to a Rudy Delgaldo Friday.
     The court hearing will take place at the federal courthouse in McAllen.
     More information should be released Monday.
