WESLACO – A Weslaco church, which was being used as a shelter for flood victims, is now being used to house out-of-town volunteers.

The last five flood victims moved out of the church Monday morning.

"We'll be housing them," says First Baptist Church Pastor Steven Parker. "Utilize the same facility that our shelter residents were utilizing, probably for at least the next several weeks."
