The New Business Account Executive - KRGV position is responsible for prospecting and generating new business on KRGV 5.1 CHANNEL 5, KRGV 5.2 Azteca Valle, KRGV 5.3 SOMOS EL VALLE, and all KRGV digital properties.
KRGV will provide onboarding and product training for this position.
Compensation is a combination of base salary plus commission.
Job responsibilities:
- • Develop and demonstrate proficiency in all KRGV sales products.
- • 20 or more outbound calls per day to target advertisers
- • 10 or more in-person or Zoom client presentations each week
- • Research, analyze and monitor competitive media for new leads
- • Achieve monthly sales budget
Desired Skills and Experience:
- • 2 years of media sales experience preferred
- • TV Sales experience a plus
- • Bachelor's degree preferred
- • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom
- • Strong oral communications, writing, and presentation skills
- • Well organized, professional, high energy and detail-oriented
- • Must have a good driving record, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license
