Stefany comes from the desert in Phoenix, AZ where she was raised. She attended the Cronkite School of Journalism and mass communication where she received her bachelors in broadcast journalism. Her passion for journalism comes from wanting to make a difference. She wants to add credibility back into journalism by establishing trust within the community. She wants people to hear messages that display the true complexity of the world we live in. Maintaining an upbeat and positive is a big part of who she is. She loves getting to meet different people and gaining knowledge of their background and culture.
Ms. Rosales interned for Fox News prior to making the move to report for KRGV and was recognized as their college associate multimedia reporter. She had the opportunity to collaborate with various professionals throughout the country to deliver content to a national audience.
She also served as the Digital News Reporter for ALMA- a non profit organization based in Phoenix, AZ. She created the first ever ALMA newsletter that was delivered monthly to all ALMA members. She was in charge of producing, writing and editing content for ALMA so it can be shared on all social media platforms and their website.
In her spare time Ms. Rosales enjoys staying active. She is a huge advocate of health and fitness and loves to support others in their own individual journey as well. Not only does she enjoy empowering those around her, but Ms. Rosales is big on motivating and encouraging others to live a healthier and stronger lifestyle.
