Cameron County extends mask mandate
Cameron County employees and county residents will still be required to wear masks in county business and facilities, according to an extended order signed by Cameron County Judge Eddie Trevino Jr.
The order extends the initial mask mandate that was first signed by Trevino Jr. March 2020. The order went into effect Friday, May 7 and will run through Monday, June 7 according to a news release from the county.
