Cars Damaged by Floods Could be Up for Sale
BROWNSVILLE – The public is encouraged to be wary after recent flooding left many damaged vehicles across the Rio Grande Valley.
The owner of Elliff Motors in Harlingen says prospective buyers need to carefully inspect a car for watermarks or a musty smell.
He says even just a little bit of water can cause a lot of damage.
