City of Harlingen Plans to Remove Dilapidated Buildings
HARLINGEN – Nearly two dozen buildings will soon be demolished in Harlingen.
The city teamed up with the Texas National Guard to tear down 23 dilapidated buildings which often serve as a prime spot for criminal activity.
Work is expected to be completed within the next two weeks.
