Damaged Concrete Raises Concerns in Weslaco Neighborhood
WESLACO – Repair work was made at a culvert bordering a Weslaco neighborhood as the threat of heavy rain closed in.
Residents nearby say a broken slab of concrete in the drainage canal along Border Avenue could likely cause a blockage.
KRGV’s Christian Von Preysing spoke with a resident who says she witnessed water up to the guardrails during the flooding in late June.
