DMV Warns Vehicles Damaged in Hurricane Harvey Could Be Listed on Market
WESLACO – The Department of Motor Vehicles is warning those looking to purchase a used car in Texas.
Hurricane Harvey flooded about 500,000 vehicles.
The DMV says some of these could be on the market, disguised in good condition.
