Families Being Released due to Loophole in Immigration Laws
PENITAS – People are coming into the country illegally but they’re not facing prosecution due to a loophole in immigration laws.

Border Patrol says this is becoming a problem as word of this loophole is spreading fast across Central America.
Border Patrol apprehensions continue in the Penitas area.
