Local authorities urge drivers to watch for Halloween pedestrians

Halloween is just a couple of hours away, and local authorities have a message for all Valley drivers.
"We want the drivers to be very vigilant to be aware of their surroundings," Texas Department of Public Safety Lieutenant Chris Olivares said. "Especially when they're entering neighborhoods where there's gonna be many trick or treaters."
Local police department also plan to have more officers on patrol Monday night.
