Local Driver Survives Runaway Rig Experience

WESLACO – A driver says Live Oaks County law enforcement helped him during a runaway rig.

While driving 60 miles per hour, his rig got struck by lightning.

The 9-1-1 recordings caught the 20-mile ordeal on tape.

KRGV’s Steven Sarabia spoke with the trucker.
