Maintenance Fee Funds to Improve 19 Streets in Harlingen
HARLINGEN – Funds collected from street fees in Harlingen will be allocated to improve streets throughout the city.
In April of last year, CHANNEL 5 NEWS reported the city was increasing the maintenance fee.
Over the past year, $1.5 million was collected and will fund improvements for 19 streets.
