Man Arrested in Connection to Port Isabel Theft Case
PORT ISABEL - A man is behind bars in connection to a recent theft case.
Police say Santos Ramirez stole a bike from a yard on Gonzalez Street, January 3.
They were eventually able to track down the bike, at a pawn shop where Ramirez sold it for $20.
Authorities upgraded Ramirez's charge in this case, due to prior theft convictions.
He's being held on a $7,500 bond.
