Mother of Alamo Secretary Charged
ALAMO – The mother of Alamo’s city secretary was arrested Thursday.
Janine Lynn Garza, 54, is charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
She went before a judge this afternoon. Her bond was set at $40,000.
The secretary’s husband was also charged in this case.
