New app helps Mission residents report concerns to the city

Mission residents can now report damages, concerns, or complaints all in one place thanks to the newly-launched MyMission311 app.

And when these complaints are sent to the city through the app - the simplified process allows for a quicker response.

The city says the app provides two-way communication for city employees and residents.

Once the complaint is received, you should get a response saying who is looking into the situation.
