Over 1,000 Synthetic Marijuana Packets, Thousands in Cash Seized
ALAMO – Over 1,000 bags of synthetic marijuana were seized this week.
The Alamo Police Department Major Crimes Unit says the raids resulted in five arrests.
About $27,000 worth of synthetic pot and over $6,000 in cash were confiscated from two homes in McAllen and Pharr.
KRGV’s Angelo Vargas reached out to a local organization that plans to conduct a more proactive approach to raise awareness about the drug.
