Port Isabel Man Accused of Assaulting Public Servant
PORT ISABEL – A man is behind bars for his actions at the Port Isabel police station.
Authorities say Ralph Wendle Noah refused to leave the front lobby of the station Wednesday.
When an officer asked him if everything was okay, Noah began yelling and pushed the officer.
