Scheduled Water Outage in Brownsville for Valve Replacement
BROWNSVILLE – Hundreds of residents in Brownsville are expected to experience water service interruption this week.
The Brownsville Public Utilities Board announced crews will be replacing valves in the areas between Hortencia and Roosevelt streets, between 16th and Limon streets.
It’s estimated about 100 customers will be without water from 9 p.m. Monday to 6 a.m. Tuesday.
Another scheduled outage will take place on Thursday for about another 200 customers.
