Summit Held to Save Immigrant Lives
EDINBURG – A multi-agency summit hopes the information shared will save lives and bring closure to some families south of the border.
The Missing Migrant Program Summit was held in Edinburg on Tuesday.
The event brought together groups from Arizona, California and Texas. All these communities are facing similar situations, immigrants who enter the county illegally and then go missing.
Bodies found are often unidentified.
