Suspect Arrested in Brownsville Murder
BROWNSVILLE – A Brownsville murder suspect is being held without bond.
Police arrested 43-year-old Armando Gerardo Tovar in connection with the death of Gilda Cantellano.
The 69-year-old home health provider was found dead earlier this month inside a client’s home. Her nephew found her at the home on the 400 block of Jose Marti Boulevard. Police said he went to search for her, when she didn’t return home from work.
