Suspect in Custody Believed to Have Ties to Crimes in Downtown Harlingen
HARLINGEN – Harlingen police believe a suspect already in custody may have ties to a string of crimes in the downtown area.
Francisco Contreras Jr. is accused of breaking into a business in December on North 1st Street.
He is charged with burglary of a building.
Police identified him through surveillance cameras.
