Thousands of Texas Students Exempt from Passing STARR Exam
WESLACO – Thousands of students in Texas are now exempt from passing the STARR exam.
A slow connection delayed the test for thousands in the months of April and May.
The Texas Education Commissioner says those affected by the glitch do not have to pass the test in order to pass the grade level.
