Trial Underway for San Benito Teen Accused in 2015 Stabbing

SAN BENITO – The trial of a San Benito teen accused of fatally stabbing another teen at a high school party is ongoing.
Blas Villa-Sana is charged with the murder of 18-year-old Christopher Gallegos.
The Cameron County Sheriff’s Office said on June 7, 2015, Gallegos and his brother, Sergio, were attacked after leaving a graduation party on McCullough Street near San Benito.
Gallegos was stabbed and later died.
Two other teens were charged in the attack.
