Valley Cities Preparing for Threat of Heavy Weekend Rains

DONNA - With heavy rainfall expected in the forecast, several valley cities are taking no chances when it comes to possible flooding.

An increase in tropical moisture, combined with a front and coastal trough can produce heavy rainfall all the way until Monday morning.
