Valley Couple’s SENTRI Program Pass Revoked
MISSION – A couple who was once part of a program to expedite their travel on international bridges had their fast pass revoked.
The Secure Electronic Network for Travelers Rapid Inspection or SENTRI program allows people to go through a fast lane at ports of entry in order to avoid long wait times.
The couple tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS they were admitted to the SENTRI Program about 10 years ago.
They received a letter in January stating that they no longer met the requirements.
KRGV’s Christian von Preysing reached out to Customs and Border Protection spokesperson. The status of the couple was unable to be confirmed.
