Valley University Professor Charged with Video Voyeurism Out
EDINBURG – A University of Texas Rio Grande Valley professor is out on bond after being arrested over the weekend in New Orleans.
Forty-one-year-old Diego Figueroa is charged with video voyeurism.
He went before a judge earlier this week and had a bond set at $5,000.
CHANNEL 5 NEWS reached out to UTRGV, they sent us a statement reading:
“We will determine any appropriate course of action, as necessary. We do not and will not publicly discuss employment matters.”
Figueroa is set to return to court next month.
