Volunteers Arrive to the Valley to Aid Flood Victims
WESLACO – Volunteers from all across the country are in the Rio Grande Valley.
Team Rubicon is a volunteer organization made up of mostly veterans and first responders.
They’re teaming up with Hidalgo County and emergency managers to make sure they target hard-hit areas first.
On Wednesday, they started with damage assessments. They plan to be in the Valley for the next 21 days.
