Weslaco Officials Meet to Work to Clear Storm Drains
WESLACO – The City of Weslaco is working to clean out some drainage canals. They’re now reaching out to property owners.
City leaders say maintaining the ditches became a priority after June’s floods.
So far, they’ve signed agreements with two property owners to clean out ditches on their land.
They’re working on similar agreements with property owners in other parts of the city.
