12 Found Hidden Inside Tractor Trailer in Falfurrias

NEAR FALFURRIAS – Border Patrol agents arrested two men trying to smuggle people in the country illegally past the checkpoint.

Agents at the Falfurrias checkpoint said a K9 alerted agents to the cargo area of a tractor trailer Saturday morning.

After a secondary inspection, agents found 12 people in the country illegally hidden inside.

The driver and the front passenger were arrested.
