PENITAS – The city of Penitas is inviting the community to take part in their 2nd Annual Community Feast.

The event will be held Thursday at the Iglesia Del Pueblo, located on 7500 W Expressway 83 in Palmview.

The city said more than 1,000 free plates will be served to families from western Hidalgo County.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
