LYFORD – More than 100 8-liner machines were seized during a raid in Lyford Friday night.

Cameron County DA Luis Saenz said the Willacy County District Attorney's Office asked for their assistance. An undercover informant went into the Horseshoe Entertainment 8-liner business and was paid cash on three separate occasions.

Eight people were taken into custody. They're accused of multiple charges including possession of a gambling device.
