MONTE ALTO – The Hidalgo County Community Service Agency will be heading out to on a tech bus to rural communities to ensure residents get help for paying utility bills.

The director of the agency explained the purpose of this initiative to CHANNEL 5 NEWS.

He says the agency received more funding this year compared to previous years.
