BROWNSVILLE – An alleged kidnapper and his son, a missing 7-year-old boy from Missouri, were found in Brownsville Thursday morning.

Brownsville police took Anthony Davis, 32, into custody. He’s currently jailed on parental kidnappings and non-support Missouri charges.

Authorities said Davis didn’t return his son, Seth, back to his mother on Dec. 4th. They pursued the father and son until they were found in Cameron County.

Police said Seth was found inside a rental home watching TV, unharmed.

A Missouri police department said the boy is currently with the Brownsville police missing persons unit waiting to be returned to his mother.

Davis’s bond was set at $15,000.
