LAREDO – A Border Patrol agent accused of killing four people in Laredo went before a judge Wednesday morning.

The attorney for Juan David Ortiz requested his client's $2.5 million bond be reduced, and for prosecutors to share the video in which he reportedly confessed to the crime. But the hearing was cut short.

Judge Monica Notzon ruled in favor of the state. She said they didn’t have to produce that video for the defense.

Ortiz’s attorney was then granted more time to prepare for the hearing.
