City Workers Aiding Int’l Travelers amid Long Bridge Wait Times

MISSION – Rio Grande Valley cities are offering help for travelers waiting at a port of entry.

A McAllen spokesperson tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS city staff and Mission police are handing out bottles of water, as well as, filling up vehicles with gas that are near empty.

They are also providing a shuttle service if people need to use the restrooms.

They are doing this because of the long wait times at the Anzalduas Bridge.
