Former Cameron Co. Deputy Constable Charged with Theft

BROWNSVILLE – A former Cameron County deputy constable is arrested and charged with theft.

Jerry Xagoraris is also charged with official oppression.

He worked for Cameron County Constable Precinct 4 and as a security officer for a Brownsville Walmart.
